You didn't see Qillorik in the sea, so all you can assume is that he must be below deck.. or he already drowned. You try to shake that thought from your head, as you're fully aware that he is a strong swimmer, but you can't seem to get the idea out.

"Leto! Hurry and get below deck! It isn't safe out here!" You hear a familiar voice. You turn and see Doctor Jek motioning for you to come below deck. You don't know how to swim, so staying on the deck was already a risky move, but diving into the ocean to search for Qillorik was borderline suicide, especially since there's no telling what lurks in the ocean, and Qillorik may still be on board

As you jump, you feel your body get yanked back by your waist and hit the ground with an 'oomph'

You look over to see what stopped you, recovering quickly from the fall, albeit a little winded from hitting the ground as you did.

Doctor Jek was holding the rope, pulling you back, and next to him, also holding the rope, was Prince Oba, shouting for you to get over to him and get below deck with them.

Leto gritted her teeth, coughing violently as she felt the rope tighten around her stomach. They should've let her hit the water. She then grabbed the rope and sputtered as she ws pulled up. "Prince Oba! Prince Oba! You had me terrified." she shook her head, "My orders are to go below instead of fight? If that is your wish, but please.. get below. Stay safe."

"This isn't your fight Leto, I'd never throw you into an impossible situation... especially one that could possibly inconvenience the people doing their jobs, now let's get to safety" Qillorik said, taking you by the wrist dragging you to your shared room. Doctor Jek went back to his own quarters to prepare for the incoming rush of injuries.

"The boat probably has sea monster attacks often, so they have their own guard here on the ship specifically trained for these incidents, it would be best not to interfere with their work" Qillorik said, still holding onto your arm but not seeming to realize this. Oriah was still nowhere to be found in the room, she was probably off doing something else while all this was happening.

You attempt to subtly get closer, and you hear them speaking, however, you can't understand a word they're saying, it sounds like they're speaking a completely different language.
