I yell out mine whenever it's my turn "Dray, fire, heat generation"

"Owen, fire, fireballs." Owen calls out

"Nicote, dark, teleportation."

"Lysilla, water, healing."

Once that's over, the coach starts splitign u up into groups. You get into a group with Owen, the redhair (guy named MIke with earth manipulation) and Nicote. Owen and MIke look thrilled, Nicote looks ready to explode with annoyance.

I'm glad to be in a group with people I know, although kind of nervous. Judging by Nicote's expression Owen and Mike together likely meant trouble.

"Alright ya'l! We're doing temam battles today! I've paired y'all up so it should be fairly even. When the buzzer starts, start battling! Battle ends once you either knock out botht your opponents or hit the red target on tehir suits."

You look down to see that cement walls are rising out of nowhere to sepearte the groups and that red targets have appeared on everyone's suits in different places. Yours is on your inner lower left arm. Beside you, Owen's is on his lower back.

On the other side of the space, Nicote has his on his lower left leg and Mike's is also on his back.

"You have 2 mintues to plan. " The coach calls out. "No collaborating with te oterh team-i'm watching!"

A curtain rises between the two sides.
Owen turns to you ."Nicote's god at teleorting. And he knows how to use it to hsis advangeage. It only works in shadows though. Mike's just downright terrible so look outfor flyingrocks."

I look over to Owen and Mike and point out "You guys have yours on your back, so you should probably stay near each other to watch your backs. keeping you both protected and less exposed."
