(I can still fill you in of you need it, I know you asked earlier. Mostly just been a lot of dialogue.
Basically SS is trying to recruit members and swipe Shinha PD's informant, Yuuko Nakamura. Rei is dishing out neutral folks for SS members to target to try to recruit
Also Mikal is probably going to get slain for being a dork)
