I also have this Sweet Heart Qitari I found recently I'd be happy to trade to you. She's cute, but I don't collect Qitari's and you do so it's a win-win! :'D She has visible Striped Mane and is unmutated.

On another note, I'm excited for the Zolnixi revamp because the last two have been amazing. I wasn't a huge fan of Qitari's before and now I have a few hanging around, and now I've accumulated waaaayyy too many Sylvorpa. :'D All my tagged Emperor ones are simply stunning now and I couldn't be more pleased.

Now if all the week of love pets would stop running away from me. :c I've encountered about ten now and I've only caught two... The Rose Champagne Faelora making a break for it was the saddest one... /cries

I feel faced with a difficult decision regarding my themed sylvorpas. I have many older themed ones including the 2013 spring themed Sunrise sylvorpas that predate tagging. Would it be more preserving for them to try to keep to traits that came out during that time? These were the first themed sylvorpas so they didn't have very many traits available to them compared to newer sylvorpas.

Like looking at the pictures I see that the Sunrise sylvorpas had these traits. For genes they had koi, lionfish, poison dart, underbelly, and seashell. For mutations they had neck fin, body webbing, lionfish spikes, dragonfly wings, and angler lights. There could be more traits that these had that mine just didn't have but I'm not sure.

With the switching of where different traits are should I use the new equivalent ones that most resemble the genes they had? In other words if a sylvorpa had koi should I go with the gene 1 koi but with the colors not being the same? If I only use the traits that most resemble what the Sunrise had there won't be any gene 3 traits added I think.

An example of one of my Sunrise with original koi vs if I give it gene 1 koi. Note the color change because koi moved unless I use the gene 2 version which is more different.

Although, after the festival, I'd be super fine with giving you / working out something for you to get some PB Qitari offspring. ^-^ Especially the Horseman Qitari, if you liked that one.

This is just my opinion, but here it goes:

I think keeping the koi in the new position is MUCH more appealing than the color change that would happen. That is one of the hardest calls you would have to make. My other thought is to wait and decide after consulting with others who actually also own that particular "themed" pet. Then, you could all coordinate to produce better/more evenly distributed markings/mutations.
