I do, in fact, take essences as payment ^.^ Just ones that I'm needing for future projects, though. From the front page:

In this case, the only ones I need that you listed are the Enhanced nixi and lig lol. The enhanced nixi is worth 600k and the enhanced lig is worth 900k, so would certainly cover pretty much everything you want and then some XD I never promise to pm, but if you're intending to pay with one of those essences, it would be prepaid and you would just get the baby for 1 gold when it was ready. It's up to you, though, what you want to do. (I've just started breeding the vorpas but the qitaris are unstarted because I already have 2 qitaris on the go lol.
