Original Cuisine With two pets make a traditional/cultural Original 4-course meal."
Reason for dishes: Tribute to Singapore's Minister Mentor and Founding Father - Lee Kuan Yew. The salad, appetiser and entree/main course are peranakan dishes - LKY was a peranakan. The desert... well, he has a sweet tooth...
Appetiser Satay
Satay: Satay is a modern Indonesian and Malay spelling of sate, is a dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with a sauce. Satay may consist of diced or sliced chicken, goat, mutton, beef, pork, fish, other meats, or tofu; the more authentic version uses skewers from the midrib of the coconut palm frond, although bamboo skewers are often used. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy seasonings. While it can be a main course/entree, it is also an appetiser.
Salad Rojak
Rojak: Rojak (Malaysian and Singaporean spelling) or Rujak (Indonesian spelling) is a traditional fruit and vegetable salad dish commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. The term "Rojak" is Malay for mixture. There are many variations of Rojak, as with any other dish, and did you know that the term 'rojak' is also used as a colloquial expression for an eclectic mix?
Entree Gado Gado
Gado Gado Gado-gado in Indonesian literary means "mix-mix" since it is made of rich mixture of vegetables such as potatoes, string beans, bean sprouts, spinach, chayote, bitter gourd, corn and cabbage, with tofu, tempeh and hard-boiled eggs, all mixed in peanut sauce dressing, sometimes also topped with krupuk and sprinkles of fried shallots. Gado-gado is different from lotek atah or karedok which uses raw vegetables. Another similar dish is the Javanese pecel. While it is a salad, it falls under the category of 'main course', which is also considered as an entree.
Dessert Tiramisu
Tiramisu Tiramisu (from Italian, spelled tiramis, [tiamisu], meaning "pick me up" or "lift me up") is a popular coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers (Italian: Savoiardi, [savojardi]) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts. Its origins are often disputed between Italian regions such as Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, and others.

Sorry for taking so long, I should have everything up by tomorrow *O* Things have been hectic lately.
"With FOUR pets you have to make a ORIGINAL 4-course meal."
The theme I chose was Blueberry Dishes because of my name, hehe
Appetizer - Blueberry Muffins! Considered a traditional breakfast food in America, muffins can come in both savory varieties, such as corn or cheese muffins, or sweet varieties such as blueberry or banana.
Salad - Fruit Salad! Fruit salad is a dish consisting of various kinds of fruit, sometimes served in a liquid, either in their own juices or a syrup. Common ingredients used in fruit salads include strawberries, pineapple, honeydew, watermelon, grapes, banana, and blueberries.
Entree - Grilled Chicken with Blueberry Salsa! Tender chicken is topped with a vibrant blueberry salsa that sizzles with flavor from fresh herbs, shallots, and lime juice. The salsa also goes well with grilled salmon.
Dessert - Blueberry Pie! Blueberry pie is made of a top and bottom crust, made either of a circular layer of dough or a crumbling of dough, sugar, and butter, and a blueberry filling.
Sorry again for taking so long *n*

I'm sorry to be a weenie but I think I'm going to ask to drop out of this contest. I've been pretty uninterested lately.
Has nothing to do with you or this contest, I still think it's fantastic. I'm just not feeling up to much anything sylestia related.
Sorry I held up the contest as much as I did.

Sorry, I think I'll have to drop out. The game was really fun, but I haven't really had much time to do anything on Sylestia. I'm sorry I said so so late into the game.
