I hope I didn't do any english mistakes, it's not my native language...

Lisa had been on the road for most of the day. The carriage was cramped and growing increasingly hot with time. However, as a princess, she knew she had to keep her head held high at all times. It was proper etiquette, as they say. Her parents, the king and the queen, were on the carriage with her. They told her they were almost at the castle of the elf king, Oberon. As royalty among the human realm, the elven king had asked them to find the lost pixies in the forest, for only royalty has magic flowing in their blood, allowing them to see pixies.

The carriage came to a stop. They were at the gates of the elven castle. It was very different from her own home, the chateau was full of trees, bushes and beautiful greeneries. They were assigned a room, and were allowed to bring their carriage with them on the castle grounds. As she stepped down, the queen addressed to her : "You can go play while we assemble the tent, honey, but dont wander too far !"To that, the King added "And take Vulcan with you, he desperately need a walk right now."

Obeying the noble words of her parents, Princess Lisa took the royal dog with her, beginning her quest for the lost pixies with him. He would be useful, for Vulcan also possessed magic. She went on the border of a magnificent lake, knowing pixies would be attracted to the reflected lights on the water surface. While searching, she met a mermaid tamer. He was there, on the bank, with mermaids gathering at his feet. He was clad in green, so Lisa assumed he was an elf, too. He turned to her, and smiled.

"Hey there, are you here walking your dog, little girl ?"
- Yes, we are searching for pixies. They love water.
- Searching for pixies, huh ? That must be tough. I havent found any here though. Maybe youll see them better when it is dark, the fisherman added, thinking of fireflies.
- Maybe... Thank you for your help, mister mermaid tamer !" she said waving, heading for a small path in the undergrowth. The fisherman waved her goodbye, telling her hed pray for her to find pixies.

Lisa frowned, the pixies were not at the lake, even though it was such a beautiful body of water. They must have found another nest. She followed the path eagerly, waving at some leprechauns on the way. The tiny path lead to another, much wider path. She was about to cross it, when suddenly a group of people arrived, riding on horses. They must be knights, Lisa thought, from foreign countries, because she didnt recognize their emblem. The first knight waved at her, saying "Hello !". She answered, as she had been instructed as a princess, by a bow : "Hello, noble knights" and waited for them to pass before crossing the road.

Resuming her search, she hailed a townsman, in hope of finding some clue to finish her quest. "Hello, my good lad, would you know where to find water here ?" The man seemed slightly taken aback, but answered nonetheless. "There is a drinking fountain there, right behind this bungalow". The princess thanked him, feeling the end of her quest coming. She headed for the fountain, and witnessed thousands of pixies flying around it. They had found a new home.
A few minutes later, as she was observing the pixies, the Queen approached her.
"There you are, I see you found the drinking fountain. Good, the tent is up, come and see it."
- I met some knights on the way
- Yes, theres a riding club close-by. If you want, you could try riding a pony this week !

It looked like there was still other quests for them in this place

Length- The length isn't too long, but some of if is unreadable. 3/5

Interest- I don't understand where this came from, you were supposed to do a story about your happy moments on vacation or during the summer. This has nothing to do with you and is unreadable without quotation marks. I wish you would use that next time because it is hard to discern the story from the dialogue. 2/5

Overall- Again, I saw some grammar mistakes but I let them slide as this isn't a vocabulary contest or a. Language Arts/English class. And as you mentioned, English is not your first language. But what I am wondering, is about the major lack of quotation marks making it hard for me to read the dialogue. Also, where did this come from? It certainly isn't you finding those pixies near the drinking fountain. 2/5

well I copy/pasted from a word document, and apparently a lot of things decided not to paste, especially quotation marks. They were here when I pasted, it's the same for when I try accents. Those are not my fault, try for yourself if you want. If you add something the forum here can't show, you will see it as you type your message, and then it won't be here as you post.

For the rest, well I used to spend my childhood, being rather lonely, in "another world" that I invented. It's the same for Lisa.

I understand that, (I've tried XD) but you should edit and make sure after you saw it to add quotation marks. (also happens with Russian characters lol)

I didn't know if I had the right to edit my posts =P I guess I'll edit them now
