APPARITION
This is Apparition, my 3-vis ryori custom design. He shows visable Magma Runes, Skeletal Armor, and Ethereal Horns. He is based off of the idea of a hallucination, possibly caused by radioactivity. I tend to view ghosts and ghouls as something related to Halloween and this time of the year, so that is how he is fall related. I created this design last year as an entry for themed pets, but had a different design chosen. I really liked this one, so I tweaked it and made it something special for myself. My design was inspired by Demeter, who is a goddess associated with the harvest. She also brings the change from summer to Autumn with her sorrow for her daughter Persephone who must spend half of the year in the underworld with Hades. One of Demeter's symbols is the poppy flower, represented here with the rose markings. :)

And before you know it, the crisp smell of fall is in the air. With it, comes Halloween. A holiday of fear, darkness, good---and evil. This is the night that inspires my Fall-Themed Ryori. The White and the Black symbolize good and bad, light and darkness. The red, the color of blood, spilt, staining the fibers of souls. A symbol of terror and mystery.
