The lightra's coloration clash a bit too mutch, tho the glowing effect between the yellow and black is interessting the purple in the nebula wings steal the attention and hide it, the green from the eyes/lucky dust seem a bit out of place with the rest of the designe.

Your color scheme is cool and it was a really hard choice! I think it just needs a bit more polishing. Perhaps on the markings and maybe the armor and horns?
