Oreos!!
I so used to making Sylesti that this is what I made:
I chose Oreos because they are my favorite food, and many other people enjoy them aswell! Its good when eaten plain or dipped in milk. There are so so so many types of Oreos, but we are sticking with the plain ones.
Recipe
What you will need
1 1/3 cups Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lightly floured parchment paper
A 2inch round cutter
Mixer
Large bowl
How to make
1 Prepare the dough (Sift together the cocoa powder, flour and salt in a large bowl.)
2 Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla, mixing each ingredient before adding the next. Add the dry ingredients and mix just until fully mixed, scraping the bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
3 Divide the dough into 2 pieces; place one piece between 2 lightly floured sheets of parchment paper and roll into a 1/4-inch-thick rectangle. Repeat with the other piece of dough. Refrigerate both rectangles, covered with the parchment sheets, until firm, at least 1 hour or up to several days.
4 Using a 2-inch round cutter, cut the dough into 64 circles. (You can reroll the scraps once.) Place the cookies about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets and chill for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
5 Bake the cookies until they are set and slightly darker around the edges, about 20 minutes. Cool completely.
6 Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Using a mixer, cream the butter and shortening until fluffy. Beat in the sugar and vanilla.
7 Flip half of the cookies upside down and top each with 1 level tablespoon of filling. Press the remaining cookies on top to make sandwiches.

Really great start...Very nice. Just a suggestion Viper...You may want to which out the black coloration if at all possibly for a more deep slight dark chocolate brown. You don't have to, but if you did your design would be a little more spot on.

Rainbow Macarons
I chose macarons because they are absolutely delicious! The pastel colors make it look cute and yummy just like how they taste. Not to be confused with macaroons they are made with sweet fluffy meringue base and icing rather than coconut. I tried to make my design fluffy, cute, and colorful like a macaron. I hope you like it! <3
Recipe Ingredients
for 30 macarons
Macarons
1 cups powdered sugar
1 cup almond flour, finely ground
1 teaspoon salt, divided
3 egg whites, at room temperature
cup granulated sugar
teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops pink gel food coloring
Vanilla Buttercream Filling
1 cup unsalted butter, 2 sticks, at room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons heavy cream
Recipe is very long so here's a link to it instead. <3
