Okay, the INITIAL sales list is out. I have put the tagged I am ready to sell or trade for sale at 999,999,999 in the search.

I would rather trade them for tagged qitari/draeyl than try and hash out prices (since they are mostly named/mutated/bred). I am particularly looking for older qitari/draeyl since I am just beginning my collection of them.

Not sure if anyone would be interested, but I'm participating in a project to help get Windchaser Luff offspring to those who would like one but might not be able to get one. The thread is Mission Windchaser and we're looking for donations of PB pets to auction and valentines to get a pair of Windchaser's so everyone can have a baby! \o/

I've been donating my spare valentines as I've already gotten all the avatar items I want from the shop but I'm still grinding for the charm pieces/Heart Queen apparel pieces. c: I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I thought it would be worth it to share!

Unfortunately, I'm a bit worried that other owners are going to be hard to track down since they're not tagged and sadly I'm thinking there's going to be ones owned by inactive players.

But if there's any owners of the Sunrise sylvorpas out there I'd love to hear from you. They're the non-tagged spring 2013 sylvorpas.

I too struggled with whether I would give my vorps their original traits or just go with ones I liked. After much consideration, I decided to just re-generate them all with traits that I preferred.

The reasons are threefold.

First, with the movement of so many of the traits, there is some instances of where it plays havoc with some of the coloring on the genes and traits. So what looked good and right before, doesn't necessarily work as well now (anyone else noticed that a lot of the naga armor and naga helmets don't match?!). So the thought of giving them traits where the coloring looked funky wasn't remotely appealing to me.

Secondly, it occurred to me that any species no matter how old, has the possibility of receiving any trait (new or old) - provided it hasn't been mutated and you have a mutator. So the need to keep the traits as original as possible to what was actually available when the species was released didn't hold quite as much weight to me.

Lastly, I relished the opportunity to give my vorps the traits that I prefer to breed and that showcased the theme the best. It's not everyday we are given the free opportunity to completely revamp every single pet from a specific species. And it's something that is universal - everyone's vorps were reset. And honestly, I sincerely doubt that the original release of traits is something that few have given much thought to.

Plus, this opens up the doors for doing virtually any kind of Sylvopra project you may ever want to do. Now we have the open slots to just go for it!

So I guess it ultimately depends on how you want to play? If you want to go purist and just use only traits available at the time of the theme release or go for what you like best. I don't think there is any wrong way to go about it :)

Re offers, do you have any interest in this Chocolate Egg Draeyl? He has two Carried traits, Dinosaur Spots and Ancient Markings, and is un-bred, un-named, and un-mutated.



I also have a pair of Hot Cross Qitari. They are named, and the male has been bred, but they are un-mutated; and pairs of Ethereal Leaves and Maenad Qitari, both named and bred, but neither mutated. Finally, there's two Reindeer Qitari stallions, un-named, un-bred, and un-mutated.

Oh, I also have the Lower Left fragment of Zephyr's Charm, in case you're interested. I don't want a Luffox, so I'm trying to trade it for some things I do want.

I had a blast going to through and trying all the traits out on the all themes and coordinating what look I liked the best. I definitely have a lot of great themes to work with now for a few 6v vorp projects. Now the hard part is deciding which theme/s!
