I believe you are talking about the fatal kissing bug which sucks its victims blood, lay its eggs in their body (bleh), and then 20 years later, their kids hatch and kill you. I am bugaphobic (is that a word? it should be.) so I am not going to supply a picture. Sorry.

I had no idea a bug like that exists... it sounds like the Troodon from Jurassic Park the Game... except in real life.. and a bug.... does it just bite you, suck your blood, and lay its eggs or is there a specific area it needs to lay the eggs in? You don't have to respond to this if you don't want to.
