I believe Krin said that it would be between Mid/Late April to Early May. Though that may have changed, so Krin would still be the best one to ask.

still the revamps are amazing and the artists are putting more into it than just the line art, so they will have more layers than is shown on this thread. And like most of the other revamps that have already been done there will more than likely be the possibility to regenerate your kelps. keep in mind also that the kelps are one of the last species to be revamped so almost all the others have been redone already
