((I don't personally mind profanity))
As you start tearing off the petals, some of the pollen floats up, causing you to get even more sick. A sylesti may be able to help you with the fire problem, the only issue would be finding one.
What do you do?

She headed over to the Kelpari, taking a mental note of where the meadow was before continuing East.

As you continue, the forests once again grow dark and thick. Ever so often you see a snake slither past your feet. This place is definitely not a friendly place. Eventually you come to a fork in the path, in the middle is a large snake. It towers far above you even when it is coiled.

She decided to turn off the path and walk through the forest (north east?)

The snake looks right at you, and continues to stare, however, he just lets you go.

Titania continued off the path, going the long way around the snake.

It keeps staring. Just staring. Its tongue flicks in and out of it's mouth, smelling the air. It slowly uncoils and calls out to you.
"Who are you? Friend or foe?"

"if you attack me, you will be my foe. if we resolve this peacefully, I'd call it acquaintances. I don't care which." she lent back on a tree.

She shrugged, "Not being killed seems a priority, but I miss the good fight. Are you a formidable opponent?" she rolled her eyes, "if I was here to destroy your forest and creatures, i wouldn't be looking after and travelling with a Kelpari."
