I get camp ready, "Can you smell the others? If you can will you tell them they are welcome in the tent if they want?"

Skywhisper looks contemplative about this. "Depends which kind," he chirps to you. The Dwarf watches on curiously, but he cannot understand what Skywhisper is saying. "If it's a Nurtured egg then no. But if it's a Rejected egg... we could easily get one. If not more."

Crimson looks up from her treat and into the darkness of the forest. Can't see them or smell them.

Why not? Its either that or sit around doing nothing...

"Okay then should we go try to find them," I ask her.

"Well, I'll be closing down my stall once I've traded away the last of my goods, and I want to do a bit of travelling. If I have a Griffin then not only will I have company, but I'll have a flying, fierce Familiar by my side," the Dwarf's eyes turn a little distant at that.

Skywhisper watches the Dwarf as he explains with sharp eyes.

"I've been dreaming about this for a while, but never had the courage or the chance to ask an Elf before. But you're an Elf, and you definitely have a Griffin. That means you can go to the Elven Aeries and pick up Rejected eggs that they can't care for. Many Elves do it." He gives you a smile. "They might not grow up to be much, might not even survive, so they give them out in batches of three. If you give me two, you can keep one."

You fall asleep after a while, trying to ignore the Wyvern's snoring.

You're woken up by a cry of outrage. It sounds like Balthur.
