While I am glad these two festivals are close together, because I love winter and can't wait to experience my first winter fest, I would prefer them to be more spaced out, to give me time to recover and get other things done with the main story line and things like leveling pets and earning money for the fests :D

Oh yeah, for sure, it's definitely good to have a break between them, LOL. I think usually they are more spaced out, it sounds from the post like this'll be a rare occurrence, having two fests so close together.

I have a question about the brews that were not completed. Are we going to get those pets?.

If the Brew was not completed, no. The requirements for receiving the Pet is to have completed the Brew.

Thank you to all who participated in this year's Fall Festival! Everything at this point should be pretty much completely processed. A last few things of note:

1. Any completed, but unclaimed, Brews were handed out to those players.

2. Any left over Fall Festival supplies have been removed from players' possessions.

3. Those who cleared Stage 8 of The Maws of Madness received an exclusive Title, Maw-nster Masher, and Avatar Held Item, [Mini Grove Behemoth]! These rewards will be available next year for players to claim.

In total, I was pleased with how the Festival changes carried out. I felt that a lot of supplies held their value quite well throughout the Festival, such as Chocolate Coins. I also felt that there was plenty of 'activity' throughout the Festival including the creation of 12,604 Brewing Pets! That is a record amongst all Festival growing features to date.

The one thing that I think definitely needs work, however, is the spread of Avatar Items from the Festival Zone. I am going to be doing a brand new server-side system for calculating these drops that hopefully will result in a better spread moving forward.

As for the rest of things, as always, we will continue to monitor and make slight adjustments as needed based on both feedback and our observations.

If you haven't already seen yet, the Advent Calendar, Stocking Stuffing, and various Winter Festival Forum Games are already available. The Winter Festival itself is, literally, just around the corner and is planned to launch at the end of this week - pending completion. We hope everyone will join us then as well!

Happy Holidays. =)

All of the pets lost made me sad but 10-15 people put pets into pots the last 3 days and some people even started brews on the last day, i wasnt able to save them as much as i wanted to. I know you made it extremely clear they would be lost but i dont know if they didnt read the overview or just assumed you would finish them. I was especially distraught about the boosted 3V MM ry x3 i saw in someones brew section started on last day with no expedients. I would have bought agents to poke them if they had expedients on them <.< i think that one may haunt me for awhile

Anyways looking forward to winter fest and instant pets xD

Also would Krin like to play with a 200 mana super rikki? xD Merry xmas little lovely ^-^

Thank you very much! =)

And yea, I know it sucks for those who 'lost' the incomplete Brews. I do strongly feel that no Auto-Complete mechanic made everything flow much better across the board so I am going to stick w/ that moving forward.

However, I will do what I can with these features to make it more user-friendly so that players do not have to run into a situation of having unfinished Brews at the end of a Festival. Such as... adding more notices/information/warnings/etc directly into the feature itself.

I have just been incredibly crammed since Octoboer, so it's just been exceptionally limiting with the coding time I have available lately to try and do all of the things that I've been wanting to do lol.

i made sure to remind people in chat that brews were going to poof if they put them in but yeah not everyone is in zone i suppose. I know how full on things have been for you since october, this is busy season for you, thats for sure. Just make sure you are having time away from the site to do other stuff. We dont want you to burn out and start to resent the site that eats up all your time, we care about your mental health as well as you Krin <3
