You have to find the cornucopia (horn-looking basket with food) and click it. It's a pop up on random pages.
By chance, you can get a wheel ticket from it. You can get various philters, dyes, gold, and even pets.
Alternatively, you can buy tickets from the diamond shop.

Are the cornocopias reset o.o I missed two but now I have to wait 30 mins to find one even if I didnt click it

I don't think there are any best pages. I've been in my stable and had one pop up. I haven't seen one all day today.

I just found another! 1000 gold 8 times in a row! Needless to say my enthusiasm has waned. Every time I see a cornucopia now I'm thinking, 'Ok, let's see the 1000 gold'...and sure enough...

Just a comforting thought here, I found gold nine times in a row, but that tenth cornucopia gave me an Aeri egg :)
