Pride dropped his hands into his pockets and walking backwards as you started to walk on the shaded side of the cliff " yeah and now I'm not alone anymore so I guess it works out " he said with a dorky grin before turning his back back to you. " I'm surprised your not more afraid of me..." he said almost in a hushed tone
Sean Stared at his boots, hoping nobody would talk to him today. This was meant as an offering of peace, Not somewhere to make new best buds. He thumbed his leather knife's sheath in his pocket and imagined himself home, making pottery, Not being here. On a cold, Rainy, boat. Just to see some old scaly people. Not even THAT probably.
(Its okay!! and Sean DOES NOT wanna be here :3)
As the sky above you swirled a few dragons appeared each taking their own boat, the water rippling as their heavy wings disturbed the surface of the lake, after a bit of time the singing stopped and one rather small dragon who was the color of a bright night sky emerged from the clouds. before you knew it the dragon was holding you tightly as the village faded quickly from view...

Emerie blushed deeper, "Well at first you scared me so bad I almost had another panic attack... but then I realized that you are not the dragon, the dragon is only a small part of you. You are still a person.. only with a bit of a reptile problem."

Even though you couldn't see his face you could tell he was smiling as he kept walking " thanks.." he said quietly as the sky started to turn soft shades of pink from the sun set

he nodded slowly" something like that... though its more like their children " he said softly before stretching and yawning as the sun set behind him and you could here the water filling the pool behind you
I sit down and look out at the beautiful scene I feel like since he shared something about himself I should share something about myself "I Didn't like my family. Don't like them. They cast me out as I grew up and my dad was a jerk..." I don't say exactly why and leave it at that.

I don't reply but smile a little as I watch the waves rolling in. I'm content to sit there and even feel a bit sleeping.

He yawns and stretches before heading back up the slope towards the cavern " I'm going to bed, you coming?" he asked in his monotone voice again as the sky got darker and a deeper shade of purple the twinkling of the stars starting to show through the fading light
