He looked shocked, then stuttered, "N-No, I couldn't.." he looked taken aback, taking a step forward. At this pint, Inca reared up and as you turned to face the stone mountain you'd both slid down, she headbutted you hard, forcing you into the air and to clumsily roll onto her back. She looked rather upset at Sage and snorted angrily.

He sighed and closed his eyes, drawing his sword before remounting his horse, he was starting to glow. You then heard slow clapping, and looking above you saw a man standing. Sage looked shocked and the glow disappeared, he bowed his head.

I let out a brief yelp as I fell onto the back of Inca, a little disoriented as I was sprawled out ungracefully on Incas back. As I looked around, turning and towing around so that I was in a more comfortable sitting position. I first looked to Prince Sage, who was bowing the head, then at the man who was clapping, unsure of who he was.

Who are you?* I ask almost accusingly, against my better judgement as I could tell this man was clearly very respected and powerful if the prince was bowing.

As you looking down, you were horrified to see dead fish were on the floor where the water had splattered, and you were drenched wet. You saw two of your brothers snickering beside the door. I glare at them and try to avoid the fish, making my way to the kitchen, where I'm hoping there'll be some food.

I retrieve my arrow and run ahead of them back to the village.

He sniffed disdainfully and stopped clapping, "Prince Hector. You seem to be having issues, Sage" he waved a hand dismissively, "And you, young Lady, seem to have stolen the horse I wanted. No matter. I have a much higher breed now I look at her in person, you may keep her."

He didn't smile, giving a long pause, "A prideful mistake of the man to think any citizen is innocent, my brother is stupid to make it so. Do excuse him for being as impolite to not attack you immediately for your mistakes, he will be taught a lesson."

"To further the point, you may as well join his league of knights. They are all as useless as him, you would be in well" he sneered


I looked a little surprised at the offer of knighthood, then back to prince Sage, trying not to show pity.

"He truly is a fool for thinking of me innocent" I say, locking eyes with prince Sage. "After all, the weak will not survive in Tycia" I say in a somewhat mocking tone.

"As for your offer, I'll have to consider it" I say, genuinely pondering my choices. If I stayed around prince Sage as I guard, I may have a clue as to where my brother went, however, if I failed in my duties, I could end up like my mother, and I would be betraying Inca. "Would you be willing to grant me a moment aloe with Prince Sage to discuss this proposition? We can meet you back in Tycia after our discussion" I decide to negotiate

You did start off with a small animal of choice, as you live in Hericon.
Your <animal> ran up to you, standing on it's hind legs and sniffing your leg, as if curious of what you were doing, and about the backpack. They get the message after a section and began walking in circles, before walking to the front day and pawing that as well until you agreed to open it, darting out and sniffing the outside air. It looked back at you curiously, as if waiting for you to follow before heading off in a walk down the street.

It seemed to know where you wanted to go, leading down a few zigzags to avoid main roads and to take a more direct route to the town hall and noticeboards, avoiding market crowds. He sat, looking along the noticeboards in the main hall. There are several, one for job advertisements, some for club or market advertisements, others for general news and invitations. There was even a place to stick someone's mail to a board.



Jaxith thanks Cerub by patting his head takes a moment to read about the general news going on. He doesn't keep very well up to date on news, so he tries to get it where he can, and he looks at the jobs and other advertisements while he's at it.

Marie was breathing heavily and had started using her wings to make the journey quicker and easier on herself while your brother ran. Your brother then led you guys to the main town hall and went upstairs, going inside and gesturing for you two to wait. Five minutes late,r he came out grinning with a stach of gold, "There's our food for the week, Marie"

"Yay!" I say happily. "Let's go to the market!"
