Sawyer heard someone talk and he sighed. He figured it was another Taylor so he said, "Lucky, git over here right now." Lucky snorted and stayed right where he was. "Lucky! Now!" Lucky refused again, pawing at the ground and neighing. Sawyer sighed. "Fine, no oats for you when we get home." Lucky reared but still stayed where he was. "What's wrong with you, boy?"

Snowfall ponced out of the undergrowth onto jacob growling she had a mark of an alpha on her tail

When Raven heard the voice, she calmed greatly. It's not cliff.. she took a breath of relief and slowly approached the voice, and the sound of the Stallion. When she saw them, she said in a soft delicate voice, " He might sense a snake.. There are usually some around. "

Sawyer turned to see Raven then turned right back around to face Lucky. "Well, he's not usually scared of snakes. Lucky. Get over here. Now." Lucky shook his mane, rearing again. "Today he's being a pain in the neck." Sawyer pinched the bridge of his nose, sighing, very annoyed.

Raven glanced at Lucky, and then looked around on the ground. She saw nothing that would make the steed scared, so she was very confused. She decided to approach the horse, but paused. " May I? He might be just spooked or something.. I can try to get him to move for you. " Again she was forgetting that her father would probably get his belt out knowing she helped a Davidson.

"Yeah, sure. Go right ahead." Sawyer gestured towards Lucky. Sawyer knew that Lucky hated strangers, so he just leaned against a tree, watching the Taylor and Lucky. Lucky knew what he was doing, and so far, it was working. Lucky reared again, his hooves pawing at the sky

Raven slowly, and quite carefully approached. She made sure to stay away from his rear legs knowing that her small frame wouldn't take a hit to the body so well. She showed her hands as she approached making sure she wouldn't get hurt. " Whoa boy.. calm down. " her voice was soothing, but it almost trailed off.

Lucky didn't rear again, but he backed away from Raven, shaking his mane. His hooves dug into the ground, kicking up soil. "Here, like this. You wanna hold one hand out so the horse can pick up your scent. Have you had a horse before? You did pretty good on approaching a horse in a mood." Sawyer went over and held out his hand to Lucky, who sniffed it and put his muzzle into Sawyers hand. Sawyer pet Lucky's muzzle.
