(Your roleplay isn't awkward at all, your better at this than me and I'm the one that's supposed to be leading the game XD)
"I guess we could always just take a look around today then, there's always something interesting in Evsky and it doesn't matter if we actually buy something or not. I mean the shopkeeper is pretty lenient... especially with younger customers" as she talked the two of you rounded the corner and we're standing in front of the small shop. You entered the shop and were immediately greeted by the shops usual musty scent. It almost always smelt of rust, mold, or something burning. The smell depended on what strange objects had been collected at the time. Looking to the table you were, as always, intrigued by the strange trinkets you saw. Kyla walked over to the table and picked up a small green pendant, but you were more intrigued by a bulky blue book that was nearly hidden underneath the rest of the tables contents.
The objects:

Getting lost wasn't something normal for you. Asking people for help was even less normal for you. Asking a male for help, was lpractically begging you to self destruct. You hated the thought of doing any of those things but now, there was no possible way that you could avoid any of them. A woman had noticed you using your power and she just happened to be working for the Testers. Now they were on your tail and you were completely lost. You needed help, or at least needed someone to ask for directions but the only person in sight was some guy who was loitering on the sidewalk. He was leaning on a building while doing some on his phone so he hadn't noticed you yet.

It died almost instantly, the other two chickens were clicking away as they would peck the ground for food then quickly jerk back up and begin looking around for any predators. They were exceptionally wary compared to usual since they had previously sensed your presenc, but no matter how cautious they were, chickens just couldn't stand up to you, for you stealth and speed alone were far superior than all of the chickens best attempts at survival.

"Well, even if I do look suspicious, what does me looking out the window have to do with you?" his involvement in the conversation was lessening as his focus on what you were saying began to slip. Before you could reply he jumped out of his seat and ran out of the classroom.

I sigh. Like that wasn't suspicious at all.
I follow him, shooting an apologetic look at my friend.

The girls behind him grinned at you as they reached out to grab ahold of your hoodie. Their hands were quickly smacked away by someone who had managed to creep up next to you without you even noticing. The girls glared up at the unknown person and the boys eyes almost seemed to light up as he looked at the unknown person seeming to recognize them. 'A dweeb trying to protect the newbie... now that's something you don't see every day."

After finding the moss you began cleaning it's wounds, the fox was panting hard and seemed to be fading in and out of consciousness. The fox would have been dead already if you hadn't saved it. But not because the bear finished it off, it would have died after loosing too much blood from the constant movement of the bear dragging it across the ground. Almost everytime the fox fell unconscious you could have sworn for a split second that a part of it's body became human. Then it's consciousness would resurface and it would look like a regular fox again. Just as you finished cleaning the wound the fox fell unconscious once more but this time it didn't seem that it would be waking up for a while. After a few seconds it began becoming more and more human until it was nothing more than an unconscious, badly wounded boy laying in front of you.

"Nah, he'll be fine." Lily's grin grew wider as Chris took several steps back from you. Melissa was quietly watching in horror but she made no move to stop you.
"Y-you guys have some seriously twisted personalities." Chris said taking another step back.

(Aw, Thanks! I needed that :D)
Kat headed straight towards the half-buried book, dropping her basket by the entryway. She moved random stuff off of it, not really paying attention to where she was putting them. Once she uncovered the book, she wipied some dust off the cover, coughing as it flew into her face.
Kat quickly opened the book, to the first page, and began to read.
