"Thanks. I thought I was a goner." Lyresong said, jumping out of the tree. She then continued her search for her sister, picking up Longfur's scent, and deciding to follow it.
"I don't want anything with one of your... apprentices. She just happened to get herself hurt. And, I don't need your handouts. I'm fine by myself." Vesp snapped, he was beginning to feel uncomfortable with all these new cats.
"W-wait. He helped me!" Pepperpaw said, from behind Vesp. "And he also needs a home, so can't we return the favor?" She asked, causing Vesp to turn.
"What are you getting at, kit?" Vesp snarled. He turned around and glared at the apprentice.
"You saved me, and maybe we can give you a home." Pepperpaw explained.
"Well, why would I want to live with a bunch of strange cats that don't seem to like me?" Vesp asked, turning to face Longfur.
"But- the dogs ran you out and you won't survive for long by yourself." Pepperpaw said, Vesp groaned, but relaxed his muscles.
"I don't think I have a choice in the matter, do I?" He asked, looking directly at Longfur.

Longfur looks from Vesp to Pepperpaw, then on to Mistsight, and finally says, "We'll let Splatterleaf decide."
(Believe it or not, Longfur was originally made to be a medicine cat. But, seeing how that position is taken, I had to make him a warrior.)

(it's possible for 3 medicine cats. like in place of no stars shadowclan had: puddleshine, shadowsight and mothwing. thunderclan had leafpool, jayfeather and alderheart.)

(I'm aware of that. Besides, I could easily make him have a Cinderpelt injury. The way I made him, one leg was longer than the others, giving him a limping gait.)
