I eat the prey and walk a bit farther away, looking for scents.

All the feathers lay in a bloody mess around your muzzle. The bird is small and won't do much to sate your hunger
He still ate it. Better than nothing. he looked up, growling slightly as his eyes darted around the forest.

You don't see him so he is probably still asleep. As you stand there the rain has become just a heavy drizzle. Now to work on finding a way over, or perhaps work on your leaping skills.

She wags her tail, "I would enjoy that. Things have been hard after my mate passed. The Beta Female and and the Packs Omega having pups together was not taken too kindly."

"Oh. Well, my foster mom was the omega. She was nice. In my pack they send off a wolf every couple of months so another pack can be made. So there are multiple, just in case something happens to one pack." I say, relaxing as well. "Would you, um, want to join the pack I'm going to try to make?" I tilt my head and look at him curiously. Boy oh boy I sure hope he says yes!
