Hungary handed her a knife and the onions and lettuce. "I heard you beat Saudi Arabia..." she said casually.
I grip the knife a little tighter but reply just as casually *uh yeah, yeah I did*

Kiku was roused from his thoughts. "Y-yes. That character means 'in'..." Japan said.

She gave a nod and moved to his lap, at least that'd encourage him to cuddle her a bit. Not as if he had a choice. She smiled, "What do the pictures mean?" the butterflies and flowers, why had they been chosen if they weren't mentioned?

"True." England said. "He's already bombed me enough."

"Good for you! It's wonderful that you're finally free. And, I've heard that Saudi Arabia is a pretty intimidating man."

"They're just there for decoration..." Japan said, resting his head on her shoulder. "To give the reader a sense of peace as they read the book."

She smiled at his touch, turning to the front and putting her finger under the first word, waiting for him to guide her.

He then translated it into Russian for her.
(Don't even try reading it, I died trying.)

She couldn't help but giggle at him speaking Russian, she found his accent adorable as he did. She pushed back against him, "Arigato, Kiku" she was glad she had been able to remember what he'd said to her after getting out of the water. She presumed it meant 'thank you' noting he said it twice in a row afterwards. She probably sounded just as strange with her Russian accent, but didn't mind, she then sighed, "Not as if I can actually remember all those words after one night.."
