Faith landed on the ground and instantly went back to her human form. What the others didn't know is she wasn't good a transforming and had troubles. Rat, crow and fox where easy for her since she had lots of practice but had trouble with other transformations. She lay on the ground, breathing rabidly, trying to catch her breath.

Well sorta instinctive, once I learn about whatever I turn into, mostly the way it moves, it is easier for me to transform into
