Angela attaches the nodes from the strange device to jack first, instructing him to communicate with the bees. he reluctantly does so, having them fly around a bit. after a few seconds he grows pale, shaking his head a bit. "do i have to? it's giving me a headache" he complains. she nods curtly, pulling the nodes off his head.

"your turn" she says to maple, turning towards her.

"I don't control bee's tho" she said confused but didn't wanna tick her off, so she did so looking at Jack worried for his health she never seen someone go pale that fast

"use your water powers" she says, unamused. she sticks the nodes on her forehead. she places a water bottle on the floor a few feet away, stepping back.

Maple tried to pull away but obviously couldn't soon enough the water bottle began to shake rapidly Maple's eyes flickered quickly before the water bottle exploded and the water rose the ceiling getting larger roaring as it swirled around her dangerously aiming at her

Angela watches as her powers grow out of control, before faltering, water crashing to the ground. maple tries to control the water, but nothing happens, the water remains lifeless on the floor. Angela nods, jotting something down on her notepad

Maple stayed silent 'shes learning how to control someone else's power but why's she thought to herself looking at Jack Quietly

"good" she says, pulling the nodes off her forehead and putting it back in the drawer. "i will be back soon, don't touch anything" she orders, hurrying into the elevator

Once she left maple got up "we need to leave" she says helping him out his chair "or break the equipment" she says taking out the headphone things she had attached to her and breaking them in half "or both" she says dropping them to the ground, yeah she didn't LISTEN but that's not her fault you shouldn't expect a person to trust you after being kidnapped and showed a sob story

"what do you mean?" Jack asks, grabbing the half empty water bottle from the ground and taking a sip. "Angela only wants to help"

"well from the looks of it I had no control over my power which means she was the only one controlling it or this thing and when she was done it felt like she was sucking the life out of me" she told him "and look at you your paler than some white paint" she said grabbing his chin and examining it "it's obviously not healthy whatever she's doing" she snaps some wires in half before soaking them in water
