This is my version of the headless horseman's mount. He flies over the ground with his blood red wings at ungodly speeds, long tail and mane blowing behind him, as he carries his rider toward the next unfortunate soul that will be tormented by their terrible presence.

Based on the Irish mythological figure Bean Sidhe (also known as the Banshee), whose wail, when heard, was an omen of death. They often are depicted as washerwomen by the riverside, cleansing blood from the clothes of the dead or dying.
