The female character would be the same one as before, so the previous references and the artwork you made could still be used for her as references, but the second character would be him(Apologies for not having a full body reference for him, I haven't previously had any artwork done for him, the reference was made on Picrew):

For the outfit, you don't have to follow the reference fully at all, you could change anything you like. The character has a corporate goth style and usually wears a suit(Maybe with a red tie as a splash of color).
*Lil edit*: Canonically, he has one red eye and one black eye. Just wanted to include that since I previously forgot.

Pose-wise, you could do whatever you feel comfortable with. However. if a reference is needed, she usually helps to bring out his cheerful side, so maybe something like that could be reflected in the posing. He's also quite a bit taller than her.
