Never heard about a raffle O-e

The raffle happens / happened as a result of the wheel being up; each time you spun on the wheel, the more times your username got entered in this raffle. Then, at the end of the festival, names are drawn for prizes. Now that the wheel is gone for an uncertain amount of time, I'm not sure what's to happen of the raffle itself. Perhaps another form to enter will arise.
