Hi Purple, I have a few questions about your order form.
Under "sub-header" is that all one message? If so I would count that as a header because the message is too long.
I would consider "Our current stock" a sub-header, not a divider. Dividers are usually fancy lines to break up your posts such as this:
But I make dividers that are images rather than *just* lines.
I can make 2 bullet points for you. I'm not sure what you mean by "changeable depending on whenever in the code".
If my assumptions are correct, here is a summary of the costs:
Thread set base cost: 30K
+2 Headers: 10K
+1 Sub-Header: 2K
+2 Bullet points: 2K
Total: 44K

I've added "Single Images" as part of my service. These are banners not part of a set and can be multi-purpose. I can even attempt to make you a large-scale graphic such as a background or wallpaper.
