Every time his health is 50%, he does a Plane Shift and regains too much health no matter how fast I defeat his minions. Then when I get him to 50% again, he does the same thing. I can't make a dent in his health past 50%. Help?
Yeah, I have the same problem! I've tried for a month to defeat him, but I can't! Dx Can anyone help me?

I was able to beat him with legendary equipment. If you can, upgrade your pet's equipment as much as possible.

Doing missions can get you a lot of them. Or you can browse the broker, or I can just send you a bunch of extras :)

Thanks! :) I'll do some missions, and anything you could spare would be excellent, too! :)

Took a look at your higher level pets that I suspect are being used in your party, and I think you should restat them. Usually, for most battles, your pets should be able to win if they are the same level or slightly more with full health. It's a matter of how your pets are stat and equipped.
Will recommend you to read this guide: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=11101
The main thing to note is to choose between strength and intelligence. If you add points to one, don't add any points to the other, since your pet can only use one for damage, and any points added to the other would be wasted. Your proficiency tree should match the stat profile you've chosen.
Likewise, when choosing equipment, choose those that add more points to the stat you've chosen instead of those that split between both/all stats. Choose relics that add more physical damage bonus if you chose strength, and magical damage bonus if you chose intelligence. Of course, legendary/mythical equipment are best, but the amount of points being allocated to the stats you want is more important.
It helps if your first pet has more in health, and you can put more strength/intelligence points for your second pet. This is because most enemies tend to hit your first pet more, so they need to be able to tank the damage. Whereas your other pets can focus on dealing higher damage. You can experiment with different team styles, but all "tanks" make for long battles with low death rate, while all "cannons" cause generally short battles with higher risk of dying.
When it comes to boss battles, you can explore in a lower zone until you get full health/mana, then start the boss battle with finishing blows. Use mend whenever your pets health fall below 75% if you can. And keep an eye on the battle log, and any symbols on the boss, because sometimes they have special moves/patterns that you can avoid, making it easier to win. In this case, the boss does a plane shift.

Thank you! :) My main pets are Ghost, Twilight, and Ted Cruz. xD they all have really high health, which I didn't realize was a problem until recently. ;) The intelligence vs. strength thing really helped, though- thanks! :D
