Oh, You just go to one of the gene options. It supposed to say Chimera tail or something. Then it automatically puts that stuff on it's fangs. :) Hope this helps!

Witch

"Witch," they whispered. "Danger," they whispered. Heedless of their hostile eyes upon my colorful silk and the sharp taint of fear resonating around me, I sauntered proudly through the villiage market. Three sprigs of thyme, two of strro'khin, and a half-bucket of black wax, my master had said. Idly, I watched three burly men spit in my direction as I passed, but nothing could ruffle my shadowy fur. I was finally old enough to go to a proper Gathering! The Black Paw Coven met every full moon, but you had to have been apprenticed for three moons to go. And to have learned the Sectret...

As I padded up to a promising-looking herb shop in the center of the Market, a sudden dark chill trickled it's way down my spine. I felt... I wasn't quite sure what. But not wanting to spoil my good mood I dismissed it as my having spent too much time in my master's dank cottage on the outskirts of town and continued up the the colorful stall. Though he eyed my ghostly appearance distrustfully, the shopkeeper was helpful enough once I plunked some gold down in front of him. We had what might have been called a pleasant chat as he helped me choose a generous bunch of herbs and he even loosened up enough to manage a little smile as I waved a brief farewell with my wispy tail.

But then, darkness. "There is a Secret, young one, a terrible Secret" my master had said. "Something which lives in all of us Ryori." The three men cowered in terror beneath a low bench. "There is a great Darkness in the world," she had whispered. "It can strike, It can kill, but It is nothing beside us. Beside that which lives within." A human kitten lay bawling for its mother amidst the now-empty stalls. Dimly, I saw It coming, intent upon Its prey. "Ever was it more powerful in we females," she had cautioned. "But we cannot fight it as we would our enemies." I could feel the magic rising within me, rising above. I saw the world as It saw, the human but an puny spark of light amidst Darkness, amidst true Power. "To truly conquer this enemy within..." My master had paused. I felt no joy, I felt no color; there was nothing but Darkness. Black ice towered over me and the insignificant Speck racing toward Its meal. Slowly, leisurely, the black ice struck. Slowly, leisurely, I struck. "To truly conquer this Darkness within, we must first embrace it."

I know not what they saw, only that the eyes looked on in wonder as I dragged the human kitten back to its stunned mother by the scruff of its neck. Some color trickled hesitantly back into the Market while I wearily fetched a half-bucket of black wax. As I staggered back to my master's cottage I knew that, although It was gone forever, so too was some bit of the joy and color I had once possessed. But I managed a weak smile as I heard the townsfolk emerging cautiously behind me. "Witch," they whispered. "Friend," they whispered.

May I be added to the pinglist please? Also, here's my story!

How Color Came Into the World

There is a legend of old, one that centers around a young Lunemara witch. She was a tiny thing as black as the night, her eyes wide and curious, ever so curious. Back then, everything was in shades of gray or black, black being the rarest of colors as well as the most unlucky. She hid away in the forest, using sap and water, herbs and leaves for her daily potions. However, she was a content soul, willing to continue her dull life away from people.

Then she made a friend, also as black as the night. A young Ryori, a mischievous trickster, barged into her house one day and claimed she was a bandit. Slightly annoyed and a little curious, she took the Ryori home, to her gray parents that didn't really want her. The Ryori, hearing that she was a witch, wanted to become her apprentice. Embarrassingly, she didn't realize she was called witch; she was just a potion maker and healer. But she agreed nonetheless, at the strange request.

The Ryori soon taught her how to have fun, how to look at things with life. The witch, wanting to spread that life and fun to others, tried everything she could think of to make life not dull and worth it. Her potions did no good, for the most part, and her treehouse soon became filled with splashes of a strange thing she never saw before, white.

She was curious about it, this white. She'd never seen anything like it before and sought far and wide with her apprentice for more whites. Lo and behold, there was a single white flower, growing atop of a lonely hill. She plucked that flower and went back home, squeezing the juices and channeling a little of her soul into it. Soon the white split and became a rainbow of colors. The witch was in shock. This was it! This was how to bring life to everyone!

Calling her apprentice, she gathered more white flowers and began channeling her soul, a forbidden magic into each color. Once it was made, she flitted to and fro amongst the masses, splashing color everywhere as she hovered on tiny wings. People were scared, people were awed, people were angry. Not all wanted to see color, being content with their dull life. They called the witch strange, for wanting to make everything colorful and for bringing color into their world.

But the witch was at an end. She used up too much of her soul and was nearly a lifeless husk. She begged her apprentice to help spread color throughout the world with her work. The Ryori agreed, tearful and grief stricken. Taking the potions away, she watched as her apprentice drank the potion and turned white. Every step she made brought some kind of color and she bounded away, running near and far all over the world as her master told her too. And of the witch? She slept peacefully forevermore.
