Okay! Time for our first game :D

Some of you may have noticed, I added a prize post to the front page. Whoever wins this game may choose a pet from the prize post to keep, as long as it does not say "Reserved for scavenger hunt."

Rules:
I am going to give you a theme and you have to design a pet and a backstory for it. If you have a pet that fits the theme already, you may use it. I will choose one winner. All entries must be submitted in two hours (2:10 game time)

I trump around the forest, my fur blending in with the shrubbery and I see a lone baby faelora stuck in a trap, "Darn those bandits..." I stomp to the fae, presumably scaring it. "Now, now, don't you fret, I am only here to help you." I close my bright eyes and a moment later, I hear the baby scampering away.

I am Lapis Acacia, nature has chosen for me to be Guardian of this Forest. I help with the lost and the hurt. I am natures spirit, and I protect all...

Why you are joining: I really like the morkkoes. I'd like to see if I can help out with breeding projects.
Which mission interests you most: breeding projects
Any idea you have to add to the club (if any): Not at the time. I would like to remind for the theme 6 vis projects not to forget about the 2013 spring themed morkkoes that aren't tagged, and that there's two different versions of the April Showers and Forest Guardians (2014 and 2015).

I don't have much time to look if I want to enter the contest, too. But I like this girl I have quite a bit.




And if it's okay for me to go ahead and enter the contest with my entry into joining. I hope it's okay if this is a 4 vis design. It wouldn't be very good for a general all purpose theme for festivals either since the colors don't play nice with other traits.



Almost forgot she needed a story.

Terra was not content like most other morkkoes to live her life in Umbra Forest. The trees were certainly beautiful. The elves were kind. There were lovely flowers and ferns, too. But she felt like she was missing something in her life. She would occasionally come to the southern edge of the forest and gaze out over the grasslands. She could see farms off in the distance. And she could smell interesting scents drifting with the warm wind. During spring was when she most yearned to visit the southern edge. The rains soak into the ground and soon the fields are carpeted in a flowers of all sorts of colors. And yet she couldn't bring herself to move from the shadowed edge of the forest. She wasn't sure if she'd ever come back if she left. But if she did leave where would she go? What would she do?

It was after the rains had come to the meadows and fields of the lands to the south that she had come to look to see the flowers blooming in the distance. She breathed in the sweet scents. She noticed then some rapid movement scurrying over the landscape. A human with a bulbori and a zolnixi were being attacked by bandits! She began to move without realizing. She was soon running full speed. The bandits had surrounded the injured bulbori and were readying to attack when they heard her roar. Two of the bandits froze. The other tried to run but stumbled and then ran again in a panic. The other two bandits then seemed to remember their legs and ran, too.

Terra wearily approached the human and companions. All three were covered in scrapes and bruises. The human smiled at her and thanked her. "Would you stay with us?", the human asked. She turned and looked back at the forest and then at this little group smiling eagerly at her. Around her flowers of all shapes and colors spread over the landscape. This was the world she'd always wanted to see. And she knew there was so much more new and wonderful sights out there. She had finally left the forest.

It's not fair that we get this much time! No offense, but sometimes I have lots of homework, like today. When I move into highschool next year, I'll have even more homework. I'd never be able to participate in any of these contests, because I would be in school for a while when it's going on, then I would have to do homework. And when I come to check sylestia, the contest is finished 2+ hours ago.

I am going to allow everyone to enter by 7pm game time this evening due to complications yesterday..

Zara: I hadn't meant to cause any conflict of any sort. I was trying to host a fun event for our club. Please be reminded that this is my first club game and it is kind of an experiment, I guess you could say. Trial and error is the only way it's going to improve. I noted on the original post that from now on all games will be ending by 7pm game time, I really hope this works out with everyone.

As much as I was it everything to fit in with all of your schedules, we all live in different time zones and it is impossible for me to know exactly what you are doing with your lives every day :/ And it is not like that is going to be the only contest. I meant for that to be a pass-the-day sort of thing, so I am sorry if you don't get the chance to participate but please keep in mind I have my own schedule to work around too.

I hope anyone who wants to enter will be able to enter by 7pm Game Time tonight. If it's not by then I will be closing it because it will have been about two days. If you miss it I am very sorry, but it does happen to everyone at some point. There have been some great Disney Fair games I missed because of school, but Willow can't work around everyone's schedule. Neither can I, but I will be doing my best. Just please respect that this is all very new for me :)

Why you are joining: I have a tendency to over-breed and get it in my head that I can do a bunch of projects at once, so this will be a nice thing that would help me to focus on one project, and dedicate myself that way.
Which mission interests you most: Definitely breeding the 6vis bears.
Any idea you have to add to the club (if any): A lot of games. So many game ideas.
