If I remember correctly from the last time, if it's an item, it'll just show up in your Inventory, if it's a Sylesti it will show up in your Hatchery or Stable depending on its age, and if it's something you have to choose then you wait for Faiona to send you a PM. :D Did that help any? ^D^
