Number 7 as it is now, the Finishing blow should have stayed at the letter F number 4 on the keyboard. I am now having to physically reach to 7 to use it...which is going to slow people down come fest times, or boss hunting, or fighting in general. I dont have big hands. Number 1, and the letter E, is a bit of a distance now..this is kind of frustrating. I fought a lot faster before this change...is there any way you can make it where people can change where their skills can go? I would pay for that, in a heartbeat. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are preset now for the Elemental Abilities for Pets, as those are the main abilities you should be using.

Adding custom hotkeys would kind of be a lot of work and probably isn't something I'm going to look into doing atm.

I can look into making 'F', 'B', 'M' set for Finishing Blow, Block, and Mend. And idk, something else for the other 2.

I don't know what the issue is with 1 and E, can you be more specific?

Haven't tried the battling yet but I have a question about a pet that completed a mission while I was gone. Is the mission going to automatically fail on me? He was properly equipped when the mission started which was yesterday. Just this is now my first chance to check things today.

I've been trying to keep my mission record where it's at so I'm afraid to complete it if it's going to fail.

1 for the skill and E for ending turn, may end up being a muscle memory issue, its just a little spread out with my fingers than what I was used to. I was using mouse to end turns faster.

Finishing blow on number 7 is just a bad idea. A lot of folks used it to end battles quickly. And if you look down at keyboard when in a battle, it takes a bit more efftort/time to press #7 now, than it was when it was on 4 as placement of numbers are far.

As I went battling, due to higher mana cost, I may not even use the skills that are now on #2 anymore. I now understand why folks were complaining a little about pets with more mana. So at this current time, all I am doing during battles is spamming number 1. And trying to get thru fights fast. And Im not sure this was the intention. Cooldowns, not happy with due to the speed factor, but can live with it, if I can just spam #1, and bosses later aren't too difficult. It may be a frustrating feature down the road if there are going to be bosses that will take hours to win lol

I almost now want to just have a blackberry to play this on lmao.

I know that must have been a lot of work today Krin, so the effort is appreciated. Though now I do want to harp on one thing that I harped about in the past The Party page is now only 3 slots, are there plans to move forward to the 6 slot plan again oe was that just a throwback from an earlier idea?.

I'm really enjoying the new system so far. It's a lot simpler to use, and the tips it gives are really helpful, especially to newer players. My only issue so far is the new key presets. I was very adjusted to the old ones, which isn't really a huge problem, but it bothers me that the new presets are so far away from each other on the keyboard. I have rather long fingers and it's still very difficult for me to reach across from 1 all the way to anything past 6. It just takes a while longer to get through battles and I keep pressing the wrong key @_@
I agree with some others that being able to customize those presets would be really nice. I'd love to have my old keys back :)
