They will be obtainable from Region 1 and Region 2, but will be more rare compared to Region 3 as it is a lot easier to battle in the first two Regions than it is in Region 3.

So we will still be able to name them, the name identity is something that's added on right?

Sounds like it's something that'll make pets a bit more personal.

I am so excited to see these luffoxes! I love the idea of them having set (non-restricted) mutations!! And I really like the idea of special pets coming with their own names! That's a really cool idea (and it saves me the trouble :P )!

It would save a lot of clicking fatigue for those who do a lot of breeding.

I don't want to make the Exceptional Genetic Test Kit automatic because, unlike the Genetic Scanner, those Pets affected would be visible/accessible by other Players. I basically feel like it would be overpowered and and I really like the current system that players have created where they test pets for each other, etc. So any change made to affect that would require an immense amount of consideration from us.
