Aidan spotted movement in the trees and stepped back into the shadows, hiding himself. His hand shot to his sword handle, gripping it tightly, ready to pull it out. He was glad Sandra never competed in this because this was probably going to be awful. Slowing his breathing, Aidan made an attempt to mask his presence. He sure hoped that that was August otherwise this would be awkward.

August leapt from the trees and landed in front of him.
"Hey scum." he growled.
He opened his switchblade and it transformed into a black sword with a serrated edge.

Aidan pulled his sword out and growled, "I don't believe I'm scum compared to you." Aidan's expression grew fierce, he didn't know what it was but this boy infuriated him.

It took a bit of effort but Aidan deflected the attack and hissed "Don't doubt me, I may not be son of Ares but I can still fight." Aidan lunged forward, in an attempted attack. He doubted he could win this but it was worth a shot. Who knows maybe the gods are on his side for once.

Suddenly, a horn was blown, signalling the end of the game. Dionysus' voice rang through the campground.
"THE RED TEAM HAS WON! NOW GET YOUR NON-EXISTENT FLAPJACKS OF A BUTT OUT OF HERE!"
August rolled his eyes. "Watch your back, Scum." he said, walking off.
