You find a backpack to carry stuff in, you find enough food to last you three days, and a bottle of water. You also find an extra change of clothes. As well as some bed sheets and rope. what do you take?

Fit everything I can into the backup and try too lash the rest of it too my bag with the rope

you are able to fit the food, water, extra change of clothes, bed sheets, and found a hook to tie up the rope on the side of your backpack!
(Note you also find a first aid kit in the backpack)

you find them and manage to apply them okay. it will take a few days to heal. However you use your entire supply of disinfectant and bandages. All you have left are some antibiotics and band-aids as well as some rubbing alcohol.

Go back too the ship and see if I can tear one of the sails up to use as bandages if needed
