Not sure what you mean, but, he can have both. It's just that his fire breath can't shoot as far and that he doesn't have potent Rainwing venom.

Not accepted because:
-Icewings are not sapphire blue and cannot have color changing eyes.
-Icewings never had scales that could change to ice shards.
-Icewings don't just have two horns, they have a bunch of straight shards of ice as horns.
-Icewings don't freeze things for a certain period of time. They have ice breath that can cause a frost, but never freeze anything completely.
Annie and I don't wish to stray from the book's species too much, so this is not gonna happen in the rp. A real Icewing looks like this:
