Changed the Backstory. Whoops, I think I looked at his name and my brain went 'oh, sea, so Zaffre can be a teacher's helper!' I'm still not putting him as SeaWing 1, someone will want that spot.

Nightforger would probably walk around with his wings raised. And everyone would be like "Dude, doesn't that get tiring?" And Nightforger would reply with, "Do you want to stare at scars or just admire my natural beauty?"

Absolutely not accepted.
Where should I begin? Queens aren't part of Winglets. And she should probably be older, since that implies she defeated the last queen at such a young age or the previous queen died. (It is still acceptable though) The names are just there from the story I wrote and based this off of. If you read the original post you would notice I never made her anywhere. She can have foresight or telepathy, but she can't turn into a shadow, as that would mean she was animus and enchanted herself to do that. Vision in the dark is a SeaWing trait, and she isn't a hybrid. Besides, I mentioned that the Opal Winglet is for dragons with unusual powers or for hybrids. Even if she wasn't a queen and actually a student, she couldn't be Amethyst Winglet. If you read the original post you would know all of these things. Several other factors come into play. You still kept 'exhaling water' as a power for Blizzard when I said you should say 'can breathe frost-breath if cold enough'. You previously used 'know' instead of 'now', misused punctuation and grammar, and obviously did not read the first post fully.
Considering all of this, I'm going to have to say you cannot have the queen and am also seriously debating you having the IceWing 1 spot.

Oh, that's good, since Zaffre could totally interested. needs to be helpful taking care of rule-breakers, yep.
*Seaglass sitting behind the teacher with a lemonade-stand style shop and a big sign saying Imported Rocks. And the teacher doesn't notice while everyone's trying not to laugh.* Although, in reality, it's probably a hole in the ceiling or something leading to a tiny cave full of pet rocks.
(So is Nightforger blind?)

Wow fancy. A sloth dealership. Cometchaser now has a BPFE too. Even if she is a student and Passiflora is a queen. Uh, yes. Beautiful.
