"It's alright," she said, smiling back at him and glancing back down to her shoulder. She watched Adrian and Lia in amazement as they won. "That was really good," was all she could come up with, but she was definitely impressed.

Lia turned to the unfamiliar person. " I beat them. In a way my father taught me. " She said extremely blunt. Karma stood and helped Kace up, as his nose and lips were beginning to bleed. They walked away, and Karma glared at Lia as they did.

Adrian nodded at Lia. She strode up to the two cadets. Her smile still didn't fade. "I saw you paused when The kid yelped", She teased the shorter man. "The two of you did good as well. Blondie, if you want help with defeating big guy, just ask me to help you learn some moves.". She leaned on Owen smiling. (I feel like this is a Historia and Ymir relationship in a way. So you know Ymir is like a protective figure towards Historia.)

Lia continued to stand off to the side, not wanting to start anymore fights or talk about her father. She felt her eyes burn with tears, but blinked then away, not wanting to cry.

Owen let out a hardy laugh. Adrian smiled softly. She looked up at Lia and frowned a little. "Hey, you can come join us.", She called, her arm was in the air, waving. Owen smiled and rubbed Arya's head, messing up her hair. Adrian waited for the Ackerman's response. Silently.

"Hey, hey!" Arya giggled, trying to keep serious (but failing quite miserably) as she fixed her golden braids. "Not the hair!" She gently pushed his arm and then glanced at Lia to see if she would come over to them. All these fighters were so impressive, and here she was, losing a simple sparring match.
