Age(doesn't have to be specific): Middle aged ((young enough to be called a colt by older ponies, old enough to be called a stallion by younger ones))
Gender: Stallion
Personality: Spectrum is your usual, introverted musician who really only comes out of his shell with friends. He has a great sense of humor, though, and likes to see others smile. He is kindhearted and sometimes bold. However, he is still not very brave. He only steels his nerves whenever he performs before other ponies.
Appearance:
Okay, it was hard finding one that matched what he looked like in my head, so I found one close enough and am now going to describe changes. Spectrum Guitar has a rainbow main, but instead of looking like Rainbow Dash's, the colors blend into each other as they change. He is a pale gray. Like, very pale gray. His cutie mark is a rainbow guitar.

Story(?): Spectrum Guitar was born to an artist (mom) and a Pegasus who mostly had work in the weather department (dad). Since he was a boy, his father wanted him to follow in his hoofsteps, while his mom encouraged him to discover himself. To find who he was and therefore unlock his cutie mark. Years passed as he attended school. He attended flight school where he excelled, but didn't want that to become his destiny so to speak. It didn't sit right. He was rapidly approaching the end of school. The other Colts and fillies had gained their cutie marks, except a few. He went to the music room and, out of curiosity, picked up a guitar. He strained it, and it felt right. He asked his teacher if he may borrow it. At home, he started practicing on that thing, making up songs. He was a natural! Even his father was proud. His mom suggested they should show his classmates. And so he did,very shyly. The performance was good, and he gained his cutie mark. Since then, he was been a rather successful musician, although a secluded one. He likes to live in a quiet environment.

His mother and father bought him a guitar and that's the one he carries with him everywhere.

Accepted and yeah, go ahead and make a bad guy. I don't have a form for one, though...

Name: Galaxy Moon/ Queen Blood Moon
Age: Millennia old, given immortality by the power of darkness
Gender: Female
Cutie Mark: A galaxy swirl inside a moon/ a pink moon with red spots
Personality: Galaxy Moon is a chatty pony who is friendly to everypony. She may seem nice, but sometimes what she says can be considered mean or manipulative. But she goes about it in such a way, no pony seems to notice. When she makes the switch to Blood Moon, she is downright manipulative. You know you're being manipulated but her voice just washes over you, compelling you to listen. She loves a challenge and laughs at threats.
Power: Galaxy Moon is what Blood Moon becomes when she takes off her crown of shadows. An illusion you could say. But don't get it wrong. They are both very real, the crown is just how they change between the two forms. So they have the power of illusions and control over shadows. The control over shadows comes from when Galaxy ran away and was adopted by creatures of darkness. She doesn't know what they are, but they now to her and she wields/rules them as their queen, as Blood Moon, her more powerful form. As her unicorn self, Galaxy Moon, she is powerful, but not very powerful as to draw attention.

Story(?): As a filly, Galaxy Moon was accepted into Celestia's school of magic. She took a liking to Luna however, and the alicorn took fancy of the small unicorn as well. But soon Galaxy was noticing how odd Luna was behaving and one day even saw her speaking angrily to her shadow. The filly thought nothing of it until Luna transformed into Nightmare Moon. After she was banished, Galaxy tried to tell Celestia, but the princess of the sun was not ready for such news. She got angry at Galaxy, causing the unicorn to flee. She ran and ran, tears in her eyes. Until she happened upon a cave with whispering figures on the walls. These were creatures of shadow, and they were more than happy to embrace a helpless unicorn filly in their darkness. As she grew, so did her magical abilities and evil. One day it was decided to crown her the queen of shadows. The crown gave her an alicorn persona that was twice as powerful as her unicorn self. With it, immortality as well. She has hired her time, waiting to get back at Celestia.
Other:
She often teleported herself back and forth from her evil lair to wherever. She loves a good monologue and is trying to develop a good villain song to sing. She may be a bit of a quirky villain. But one to fear nonetheless.
