apperance: (ignore the wings on his arms, and the reason he looks like this is because he doesnt have wings due to magic and the body is a side affect. also, make him more blue, and make all the green feathers on his body and tail blue Icewing spines)

Strengths: frostbreath range can go halfway across a cave (he doesnt use it indoors in case of injuring others, though, so he cant use it unless hes alone), fast runner and can keep up with any flying dragons besides Skywings and dragons flying after diving, can survive temperatures up to -20 celsius (-4 fahrenheit), claws can grip ceiling of caves if theres handholds, doesnt tire easily in the cold

Weaknesses: doesnt like the desert (or anything too hot), doesnt eat cooked food, doesnt have wings due to magic as an egg, cant connect with the other dragons because he thinks he shouldnt due to being wingless so he has no freinds (caretaker or dragonet), deppressed and lonely so not very active.

Other: great hunter, and i have a request. the animus role is filled, but can he have something else? like his egg was enchanted by animus magic and now he doesnt have wings at all and his body is more like a velociraptor? maybe? (PLZ?!)

I am sorry but you must draw or explain your character's appearance, and your character can't not have wings. Wolf is op too, I don't think any Icewing could blast ice breath up to a half mile without being animus, or run that fast to catch up with dragons who are flying at speeds of 60 MPH that are pushed by fast winds. So he's just a little edgy and overpowered, anyway, I find he's going to be a hinder on the roleplay because of his lack of use in his wings. Maybe you can use a different disability and more plausible background to it so it doesn't give problems to the roleplay's flow. By the way, the rainwing is mute so I advise choosing something that's not making him mute or wingless. Sorry.
