Do the titles that are "Finish all the Fabled" or "Finish all the Regular" carry over year to year, or do they have to completed in the same year? For example, if I was to complete 3 different fabled ice sculptures this year and then the rest next year, would I get the title?

They have to be completed within a single Festival.

Hey guys. Everything is still scheduled to start at 10. However, the Festival Zone is locked atm and I'm not home to unlock it. :P

So it will be like 15 or 30 min late to open.
