North
North is the spirit of winter, they are constantly fighting with Oras for control over spring. but if they didnt fight the summer would be too long and dry up the planet. or if oras didnt fight the planet would freeze up. with this balence is maintained.

It was peaceful in Astryl's Meadow, the flowers were gradually beginning to turn their faces to the rising sun. The frigidness of winter was slowly becoming little more than a distant memory in the warm respite of spring. A lone figure appeared on the horizon, followed by a gaggle of rhythmically twirling noodles drifting in the morning light.
The journey to Astryl's Vale was treacherous, but the skilled Noodle Wrangler delighted in another successful journey from the frigid mountains north of Umbra Forest with her herd, just in time for spring.

The Lady of the Rain
April showers bring May flowers but the children still sing, "Rain, rain, go away. Come again another day." Small drizzles, thunderstorms, she makes them all in hopes that the flowers will continue to bloom.

In times of old, your future was decided by the events when you were born. One this spring day, a young girl was born. She was named Aviva, in honor of the turning of seasons from Winter to Spring on the hour of her birth.
Aviva grew up with a strong connection with plants and young animals. As she grew older, her connection grew stronger until it got to the point where the plants and animals would do whatever she wanted without a word from Aviva's mouth.
Aviva's siblings, Eira (Snow) and Lilith (Night Monster) became jealous of Aviva's powers and began to plot against her. When they saw an opportunity to do away with her, they took it.
Nearby, a slave wagon was coming around the corner. Secretly, Eira and Lilith met up with the wagon and offered Aviva to be a slave for a few gold coins.
After the exchange was made, Eira convinced Aviva to walk with her in the garden. While in the garden, Aviva felt like she was finally being noticed by her sister and talked freely. Eira tried to pretend to like her sister while disgust bubbled up inside her throat. Finally, Eira led Aviva to the wagon.
However, once they arrived, Lilith was in the wagon, which was quickly driving away.
"Lilith!" Eira called, her voice a hoarse gurgling sound.
Lilith glanced up. "I'm sorry, Eira. I couldn't betray my own sister so I took her place."
At this moment, Aviva was very confused. "Betray me?" Then it suddenly dawned on her. "You were planning to sell me?" she whispered.
Aviva blinked once, an idea forming in her head. "Not yet..."
Eira watched, mystified as a vine slowly crept forward and wrapped around the left wheel. Then it pulled once, sending Lilith flying backwards. With a nod from Aviva she grabbed Eira's hand and darted off.
"Whew! That was close! Thanks, Aviva!" Eira panted. Then, when Aviva didn't respond she glanced around. "Aviva?"
Aviva had glided away in the other direction and was now sitting down on a rock, "How could they do that to me?"
A water spirit glided from out of the water. "I do not know, but you can prevent others from the same fate of you come with us."
Beside the spirit, a plant spirit, and animal spirit appeared followed by some other spirits Aviva didn't recognize.
"You were born into troubling times and few of us realized that until it was too late to give you our gifts," the animal spirit said.
"But now," the plant spirit continued, "We can give you the other gifts we planned. Then, we can all work together under your command to protect others."
"But... why?" Aviva asked.
"Because it was write in the stars," a spirit she didn't recognize said. "You are to become a spirit and guide us. You shall be called... Mother Nature."
Aviva nodded. "How do I do this?"
The water spirit held out a hand. "Come with us, and we will do the rest."
The other spirits joined hands, leaving an opening for Aviva.
Avia joined hands with the other spirits. "I will come."
Eira and Lilith burst through the bushes just as Aviva was fading away. "Aviva!"
But Aviva had already faded away.
Eira and Lilith stared for a second before sulking away.
Aviva stood beside the plant and animal spirit, watching her siblings walk away. "Will they be alright?"
The plant spirit nodded once. "You've done all you can do for them. It is time for you to move on and help others."
Though the years, Aviva, now Mother Nature, helped many people like herself. She quickly became a common legend that everyone knew.
So if you're ever lost in the forest in need of help, drowning in a lake, or any other situation, call for Mother Nature, for she is sure to help.

When Winter ends and Spring begins it's turn she appears in the garden. Carrying with her a bird, flowers in her hair, wearing a dress of red, black, and gold. She weeps endless tears for her garden so wilted and broken after winter's end. The tears she shed heal the flowers and the rise, whole and colorful again. When Summer comes she wanders still weeping but not her tears of sadness. She weeps of joy and those tears still water every garden today.

And when you looked at her and her decor of leaf greens and life sustaining blues, you to acknowledged the way she stood out.
She reminded you of rain and thunder, of the un-tamable. Surely, a season that fought against the clutches of winter to be reborn again. Although this time when you looked upon her the make-up and costume stood out much more.
And it was painfully obvious once one was able to figure it out that she was playing a role. Of course when you met her and she introduced herself as this, omnipotent being, you couldn't find it in yourself to not trust her words.
The first show of kindness and you allowed yourself to be tricked.
But this burden she had adopted unto herself, you didn't know if you wanted to destroy her or allow her misdeeds to be forgiven. To be responsible for, if her word was to be trusted, erasing everything over and over again to allow people to be happy. To undo the same mistakes that kept being made.
But, as long as one's mistakes are not remembered, they cannot be learned from. Even if the world kept getting destroyed, the same thing would happen over and over again because nobody changed.
And now, here she stood before you, trying to explain her actions now. Why she needed to send you out on this journey over and over.
She.. she took EVERYTHING from you. Your memories, your friends..
Your family...
You're hand tightened it's grip around the weapon you'd brought to take out this evil entity you'd been searching for this entire time.. for months.. no. Probably years had passed, who knew how long you'd been replaying this same story over and over, just to return back to where you started. Back to the beginning of the story.
It was Spring all over again, but this time- no matter the results..
You wouldn't forget, even if the world burned for your actions- this couldn't go on.
Not again.

Lady Arashi
Spring is filled with rain and storms, a beautiful calm and a thundering boom. One seen as a beautiful bloom, the other seen as a dangerous disturbance.
Amongst the storms that take place stands the lone Lady Arashi. The one who casts the storms, the one living in solitude. A dark cloud always seeming to hang over the blue hair that shades her eyes kept held close.
Imitations of flowers adorn her body, for she's far too afraid that her storms will drown the budded beauties if she keeps them too close. To admire from a distance is what she has found herself used to.
To bring rain is the job of another, for a simple shower she can not cast. Only Storms shall she cast, whether she wants to or not.
To live alone as the caster of storms is a curse she suffers. To love is to risk the strike of lightning far too close to the one she cares for. That is a risk she can't take.
To be a storm is to be cursed as a dangerous beauty that must be kept isolated. Lady Arashi has become accustomed to her curse and accepts that her beauty is one that seems to scare many, that to be alone is her fate.
To admire beauty from a distance as she watches from afar the flowers she shall not touch bloom, day by day.
To watch as lovers cover themselves as they run from her approaching storm, taking shelter as she watches with a meek smile. For she shall never have love, but her storm shall bring lovers together.
Closing her eyes once more, she smiles ever so faintly. She sees the beauty that others are far too distracted to see. She cannot touch, but she can see and perhaps her curse isn't as bad it may seem.

Lysandra The Lilac Fairy
Lysandra is a lesser fairy, chosen by the spring guardian themselves. She is new to the whole thing, but she is tasked with making sure the lilacs bloom on time, and die once it is over. Since she is a lesser fairy, she doesn't have all the things most greater fairies do, only her companion butterfly, and her hair lilacs. Every fairy grows their wings more when they climb the ranks. Lysandra is watched by a helper of the spring guardian, yet she does not know at this time. Her tattoos are a reminder of her job, as they glow when it is her time to bring forth the lilac blossoming, and they hold her power. Every once in a while, when someone stops and picks her lilacs, she flies after them to make sure the flowers bring the human joy with their beauty and scent. She is not mean spirited, actually hopes humans pick her lilacs. She knows that humans find them pretty, and as long as nobody kills her bushes with ill intent, she will not be angered.
