"Santa's Eft" has received his mutation!

So, SpaceElf...you've been a bit of an inspiration for me!

I know you don't dig on the Zombies too much, and you DO dig on the Festive breed. So I was thinking, "There's not much difference in the colors, besides the obvious black instead of white...it's still lots of red and green." I wondered if there was any way to win you over by making what I'd like to refer to as a "Nightmare Before Christmas" sub-theme of festive Zombies:





The leaves and "berry sparkles" (TM) from the Encroaching Seaweed and Seaweed Whirlwind reminded me of holly or a deconstructed wreath, and the Emperor Angelfish stripes are a semi-candy-cane motif.

If you don't love it, I get it, of course. No offense will be taken. I was just kinda tickled with the whole idea. ^.^

So is this a mixed-Theme idea or a pure-Zombie idea? Cause it's cute either way.

Space, your Festive Vorpa is looking fab. The leaves are a lovely addition.

SpaceElf, is just pure Zombie with traits I thought looked vaguely Christmas-y! ^.^

This totally needs to be a project, Frawn. I would own Zombie Vorpas like this. But did you consider Saltwater Betta instead of Iridescence?



They look like they just raised their heads from their "Holiday Feast," if you take my meaning.

However, I wonder if it's a bit too much red. Thoughts, anybody?

I totally intend to make it a project! ^.^ I have hoarded tons of Zombies from this year's fest, and I'm sure I can negotiate for the right breedings in the coming year to try to have them ready for next year (along with my "Golden Toad" Black Toad project)!

I do really like them with Saltwater Betta, too... And I'd love to see more ideas from anyone else who has an interest. There's no reason I can't get started on this right away. ^.^

Though I think I'm the only one here who is starting to like dragonfly wings...

Actually, Dragonfly Wings look pretty good on the Nightmare Before Christmas zombie idea.

The Bio-luminescent Wings look pretty good with this idea, too.




They contribute to the "wreath" look.

Bwahahaha! Honestly, I had those Bio-luminescent Wings on her at first, but took them off to try to further appeal to you, SpaceElf! >.<

But yes, I do like the winglies.
