Briarpaw hissed "I caught that you know!" the rogues narrowed their eyes at you, "Marigold is very ill. She's Hornet's mother" the old cat said very slowly. Hornet, the younger cat, growled and ignored the mouse.

I glance back at Briarpaw, "Well, they need it more than we do. Plus, if you were in a clan you'd give the food you caught to those who are sick before eating, wouldn't you?"

"We probably re, no place for prey to hide unless it's rabbits, and I'm not fast enough for them" I grin. "Actually, we should probably do a little exploring. Maybe find some new cats to join the Clan" I say, careful not to refer to it as our Clan yet since Snowfall never confirmed she was staying.

You scent the air, apparently, Leopardkit was alone. No other cats could be scented at sunning rocks, only the distinct smell of ash filled your nostrils. Do you want to abandon the kit, or take her to a safer place? Maybe mother cats could be found who'd take her in in other places..

I briefly glance to both of my sides before deciding that getting out of this burnt forest would be the best decision. I gently nudge LeopardKit with my paw to get her to move with me as I turn to walk towards the camp again.

"Can you walk little one? Or are you too tired?"

He purred, watching Cinderstrike, "I like Greystorm. I had an old friend called Blizzard. Maybe Blizzardstorm? What do you think, Cinderstrike?" the mother cat purred in agreement, licking her kit's forehead, "I miss Blizzard. he was such a nice elder."

Briarpaw glared at you, "they aren't part of the Clan, Foxstar!" she growled, but the elderly cat stepped forward, "Thank you. Did you say, Clan? Would you remember Raggednose?"
(He is an elder who was alive while you were an apprentice.)

"My old name was Diamond, you know. Was never fond of it." Snowfall looked at you before bounding off, almost invisible in the grass. A little bit off, you can see the back of a cat appearing every second or so above the grass, as if running.
