Find the remedy before you time runs out." she disappeared into the darkness. With that, a countdown clock appeared out of nowhere. It reads, "1:00:00, 0:59:59, 0:59:58, 0:59:57..."

You left the room with the book. When the last part of you left the room, the whole room collapsed. It just did, leaving you with nothing but a huge hole. You could see the dark, raining sky above you, but you weren't in rain because the tunnel was still okay. You heard calls and strange sounds. The magicians are out there. What do you do?

"What... just... happened?" I ask the huge hole. There were magicians out there... and other stuff. I ready my daggers and look around, then look into the hole to see if anything was there.

A few seconds later, you woke up tied to a chair. A women looked down and stared at you, "Why should you exist, tracked?"

What? Why all the sudden do I have to answer an existential question? Mr. J warned us not to think too much... "I deserve to. I was given life." I thought about saying something about the potato plague, but decided against it. "Nothing. Everything." I wonder if she'd be smart enough to crack the riddle in my last two words.
