Asmodeus covers his head and runs as one of the owl creatures dives from the tree, making a beeline for him. He dives under the cover of a large bush, shooting the bird a dirty look.

Vitalus sighed and pets Glacis sadly.

Mizuki: I ask if hes okay as i walk over to the bush were he is ...

glancing out one of the windows, gabriel looks down at the two in the yard, watching as mizuki helps asmodues to his feet. "he ok?" he asks. i shrug "looks fine to me"

Vitalus smiled sadly and starts to read again snuggling with Glacis.

"I'm fine I'm fine I'm fiiiiine," Asmodeus hisses, slinking inside from his place in the bush. "Birds are all the same," He mutters under his breath.

Gabriel whistles, and the birds reluctantly return to his side, flapping their wings and shifting around where they're perched. "you should stay inside for now, the stalkers are still out there" he wars, picking up one of the birds and placing it on his bed.

Rue shot one of the stalker things earlier in the fight. She also thanked Andromeda for the help with her bag.

Roman is curled up with Cocoa and is playing with his fur. He keeps sneaking treats to the bird-like creatures.

Sidhe had to be stopped multiple times from attacking things in the woods. She tried to chase a stalker. She took off after Vega when she ran and stopped her. Marble froze up and Nyx threw Rue off and Rue protected the horses and Roman who was just watching the stalkers in awe.

Sidhe keeps swatting a bird-like thing who keeps dive-bombing her. She looks exhausted.

Rue has a Patricia Briggs book in her lap that she pulled from her saddle bag. When Gabriel returns she hands it to him, "Saw your collection was missing this book. I have a second copy in my stuff. Pre-blast. Really good read." After she gives him the book she goes and sits by her brother and Sidhe. She repeatedly swings a pillow at the bird thing that keeps attacking her dog. Who falls asleep in her lap. Roman lays his head on her shoulder and falls asleep with Cocoa on his lap.

After the bird thing gives up she starts to clean her handguns, her shotgun, and her knives.

"we have a problem" Gabriel says, standing up from where he was crouched infront of the fire. "the stalkers are still looking for you. they won't stop until they find you or die trying. you will have to stay here until i kill them, that could take weeks or months to do" Gabriel says, tossing the stick he was using to stoke the fire with into the flames. silence fills the room as everyone thinks over what to so, broken only by the crackling of the flames as they consume the wood provided to them.
