The winged sylesti bounded through a field of bright yellow roses the color of the sun her beautiful emerald eyes peering out at the sun drenched landscape

The dark male looked at his mate lovingly. They made such an odd pair. One a Lupora and the other a Zulnixi. But love was love and even tho they weren't accepted that would always be strong, for tonight they were to run away together under the light of the full moon.

The small, adorable pet smiled sweetly at their owner's prone form, the grin turning more manic and vicious as it became clear that after that accident, their owner certainly wouldn't be getting up again after the 'accident'. No more jarring pats on the head and 'Aww, what a sweet wittle puff~ Who's the cutest wittle baby? You are! You are!' in earsplittingly high pitches, no more excessive grooming usually topped off with frilly accessories to keep them looking 'perfect', no more playing dress up in gaudy, uncomfortable costumes! Everyone always said 'No, they're too cute to do anything bad! How could something so adorable be evil?' Well, they were certainly ready to show everyone exactly how dark they could be.

This ryori went for a scary look for his patron holiday (Since ryori are the fall/Halloween fabled pets)

The gilded sylesti observed the wild people, rather confused. They kept offering him gifts, chanting about him being the 'sol dei' and how maybe if they could appease him, the rain would stop and the sun would come back. But as far as he knew, he wasn't a sun god of any type, just a normal golden sylesti. Then again, he'd never met wild-living people. They certainly weren't like the civilized people he lived with. Maybe to them he actually was some sort of sun god? Or perhaps they had him mixed up with another sun-colored pet...

The vain sylestia preened her fur as she stared at her silvery reflection in the water. the moon hung high over head. A small ripple spread out a ways away from her. Only second's later a great black beast vaulted out of the water ad grabbed her, attempting to drag her down to a watery death. She would have died had not a kind sylestia taking a walk nearby heard her screams. They ran quickly down and between the two of them manged to fight the beast off. After that they soon became close friends, lovers even. The black beast was never seen or heard of again after that fight... but it still stalks the waters, waiting for hapless sylestias to fall prey them...

Unseen, unheard. A ghost among the natural world. He walked on tender paws, hardly feeling the ground beneath him. As he approached a clearing he lifted his snout to the stars and wished to be a living sylesti like those he watched from afar. A twinkling sparked amidst the starry sky and down came a lovely female who gazed at him with wondering eyes. Why do you wish to be mortal? She asked, To hunt and kill, be hunted? The ghost shook his head, I want to have love and friendship. I am tired of being isolated. The sylesti of the stars licked her dusty fur as she pondered whether or not to bring life to the wispy figure.
